So today I did a little better with eating but i still did better than yesterday.
GFTW (We should all make that a thing! Goals For This Week!)
1. Eat healthy- small portions
2. Keep logging into myfitnesspal every day and record ALL of your calories
3. On off TRX and Kettlebell days RUN!! (20-30 min or more)
4. Sign up for a summer race!!! Its time to get serious ( Warrior Dash for SURE!!)
What is everyone’s goals for this week???
1st I need to really crack down on my school work… HARD CORE!!! Like study more than just the night before a test and really understand my notes…
2nd I need get FRICKEN’ MOTIVATED in some way shape or form!!! I have papers, notes, studying, and cleaning that I NEED to do but I just put it off till “tomorrow”… DO IT TODAY!!!!!!!!!!!! STOP BEING LAZY!!!!!!!
3rd I need to WORK OUT!!! at least 4-5 times a week getting out and running again!!! and if I cant do it because I am working or studying then I NEED to EAT HEALTHY!! There is NO EXCUSE!!! NONE!!! If I want to get the body that I want and get to the fitness level that I want to be at then I really need to kick things into gear and STAY on my schedule!!
4th I need to STOP WORRYING ABOUT THINGS THAT ARE STUPID AND JUST MOVE ON AND LIVE MY LIFE FOR ME AND NO ONE ELSE!!!!!! I can’t stress myself with worrying about stupid shit anymore, I have school and work that I have to worry about. I have friends and family that LOVE me for ME!!! I have a pretty good life and I should not compare my experiences to others, I should not compare my looks, wealth, book smarts, street smarts, etc to ANYONE! I am ME and NO ONE can change ME, I am who I AM. So all of those people that cause me to worry throughout the day and late at night and haunt my dreams, SCREW YOU AND LET ME LIVE MY LIFE!!!! I AM MORE THAN YOU EVER THOUGHT I WAS, YOU TRAMPLED OVER ME BUT I AM UP, YOU CAN KNOCK ME DOWN BUT I WILL JUST GET BACK UP AND FIGHT BACK. So bye bye to you and HELLO to LIFE!!!
