Any good suggestions?? I need to keep up with my strength training but it’s not like I can run to a gym in Japan… I won’t know where to go :p good trip workouts any of you have found???
I was the only one in the class so the instructor did the workout with me. By the end… I was beat!! I still feel like jello!!!

Like everyone else I am sure haha! I have started doing weight watchers (with my mom, dad, grandpa, and grandma) and see how it works! I also use myfitnesspal and that has truly helped me a lot!! But I think that the smaller numbers with weight watchers is a little more dramatic. So I count my numbers and then log in my food and exercise into MFP!! :) lots of work but I hope it pays off!!

I hope that you are keeping up with your goals and accomplishing them. If you put your mind to it you can get that dream body or maintain a healthy lifestyle till you are much older!! Just keep up the motivation and don’t let anything stop you!!

butt- 40 1/2”
I have maintained this since this spring…. I have been doing weights but I think that its just my diet that I have to start changing so I can see results!! My goal is to shrink my butt down again so I can fit into my size 9 jeans!! That was when I felt really healthy and felt good about my body appearance. I just want that wow factor this summer when I am over in Japan and going to hot springs and in the fall fall when I have my scuba class and I have to get into a tight wet suit!!
I am 155lbs (which was such a relief… I think my scale is off because it was saying that I was closer to 160lbs but that could just be fluctuation of water weight).
She said that she thinks that I am at a very healthy weight. I have had the hardest time getting rid of weight that I am consistently around 150-155 lbs. The lightest I have been was about 130 and that was with barely eating anything and exercising almost every day which was NOT healthy at all…
Do you guys have trouble loosing like 5-10lbs at all?

So today I did a little better with eating but i still did better than yesterday.
GFTW (We should all make that a thing! Goals For This Week!)
1. Eat healthy- small portions
2. Keep logging into myfitnesspal every day and record ALL of your calories
3. On off TRX and Kettlebell days RUN!! (20-30 min or more)
4. Sign up for a summer race!!! Its time to get serious ( Warrior Dash for SURE!!)
What is everyone’s goals for this week???
The hardest thing with the process of losing weight is being happy with the body you have now. Each day you are making it better, try and love it too along the way because it will make getting to the finish line easier if you can see the good traits with your body. Good luck! You can do it! :)
With finals and my knee bothering me it has put a MAJOR stint in my workouts….
In need to start working out again if I am going to get to where I want to be with my body. I am not saying that I dont like the weight that I am at but I just have goals of where I would really like to be. I would like to run a half marathon sometime soon, I would like to fit back into my pairs of jeans that are a size 9, I would like to be able to do 20 pull ups- even 10 pull ups without needing to give up, I would like to be able to have the self control I need again to make healthier choices, I would like to do an obstacle race someday and not keel over and die, I want to have the drive and motivation to lose weight without having to do it an unhealthy way and not eat.
I just need all the support, motivation, and tips that you guys have to give me!
My goal is to lose about 20lbs but gain most of it back with muscle, I want to be a lean mean fighting machine.
What helps you guys stay motivated? Pictures for inspiration, food logs?
1. Lose 10lbs in 6 weeks ( so mid December)
2. Eat less sugar during the day
3. Eat 1200-1300 calories a day
4. Do a lifting programs on opposite days i run!
