Scuba diving for 2 hours!! :) I am sad that tonight is my last class but I can’t wait to do my open water training. Since it is so cold out I am not sure if I will be able to this year or if I will have to wait till May. But I will burn about 400- 500 calories tonight! :) Always a plus!
What are some crazy workouts that you like to do?!
I just wish I could have toned up a little better!!! I have about a month so I am gonna try!! Maybe working out twice a day somedays if I dont have homework :p what do you all suggest???? He has been working out a lot and I want to look good too!! :p

I would really like some advice though. I am pretty much starting from scratch… I want to try to push myself and to get the body that i want and deserve. I went on an amazing trip and did it because it was something i needed to do in my life and it was the best thing I ever did. Getting fit is something else i would like to do for me and to look the best I can for me! So I want to start ASAP!!! How many days a week do you all work out?? how many hours???? Good workouts??
How long did it take to get over your jet lag when you came back from a place that was more than a 8 hour flight?? I just came back from Japan like 4 days ago and I am still not getting used to the time here. I was there for almost 2 months… even my eating is all screwed up and my stomach cant take some types of food. Did this happen to anyone??
Any good suggestions?? I need to keep up with my strength training but it’s not like I can run to a gym in Japan… I won’t know where to go :p good trip workouts any of you have found???
I was the only one in the class so the instructor did the workout with me. By the end… I was beat!! I still feel like jello!!!

Has anyone ever gone to a nutritionist or to their local clinic to take a metabolic test and if you did, did you think it was worth it??
I am 155lbs (which was such a relief… I think my scale is off because it was saying that I was closer to 160lbs but that could just be fluctuation of water weight).
She said that she thinks that I am at a very healthy weight. I have had the hardest time getting rid of weight that I am consistently around 150-155 lbs. The lightest I have been was about 130 and that was with barely eating anything and exercising almost every day which was NOT healthy at all…
Do you guys have trouble loosing like 5-10lbs at all?

Tell me about your day! :) Today is day 2 of my 10 day detox. It is going pretty well, it is hard not to eat the things im not supposed to eat. Tomorrow I take our dairy and eggs. But it is making realize how processed the food I eat is.
Also, when I was walking home a cute guy said high and flashed me a fantastic smile. :) Made me feel good! Gotta take the little things that make you happy. And I had a pretty good critique on my ceramics class!

So I am a Psych student and I have to start looking for grad schools this semester so I can apply this fall… I have a mix between wanting to go into Art Psychology, Counseling, Health Psychology, or Sports Psychology… I am not sure what would be better… I kinda think im in the wrong major anyways but that was my fault… I gotta work with what I have now. Anyone out there with some advice!?
