This is to you, the ones who gets up and works out in the morning, the ones who decides to have a healthy breakfast, the ones who keeps a smile on their face even if they are hurting, the ones who puts 110% into their day, the ones that push their workout to their breaking point where they feel like giving up but they keep going, the ones who do over time while everyone else goes home, the ones that keep a positive attitude all day long, the ones that choose water instead of energy drinks and pop during the day, the ones that take the stairs instead of the elevator, the ones that forgive, the ones that are humble, the ones that are not afraid to stand up for themselves, the ones that can look in the mirror and can say “i am looking good today”, the ones that stay confident even when they don’t feel confident, the ones that ask questions, the ones that want to live happy, healthy, and hopeful for things to come!
