Ok so I found a pretty crazy WOD that I thought I would share!! And all you need is a deck of cards and a stop watch :) If you are feeling crazy do this- FOR TIME try out Hit the Deck. Spades= Squats, Hearts= Burpees, Diamonds=Pushups, Clubs=Situps. So if you got a 6 of clubs that would be 8x situps, and if you got an 8 of hears that would be 8x burpees, etc. Face cards are 10 reps and Aces are 11 reps!! :) I still have to try this out but I think it will be ridiculous. Good luck! 

Scuba diving for 2 hours!! :) I am sad that tonight is my last class but I can’t wait to do my open water training. Since it is so cold out I am not sure if I will be able to this year or if I will have to wait till May. But I will burn about 400- 500 calories tonight! :) Always a plus!

Got my workout in this morning! Went for a run and even though it sucked a bunch it felt AWESOME!!!! and… I RAN ON MY TOES!!!! It defiantly helps my joints. 

Thinking of doing the Tough Mudder!! I want to do this sooo bad…. I think I am gonna sign up in the morning and commit and start training. Gonna start from the basics, right from scratch, and work my way to the top!!! FITTEST SHAPE POSSIBLE!! GONNA HAPPEN!!!! :D!!! 

I would really like some advice though. I am pretty much starting from scratch… I want to try to push myself and to get the body that i want and deserve. I went on an amazing trip and did it because it was something i needed to do in my life and it was the best thing I ever did. Getting fit is something else i would like to do for me and to look the best I can for me! So I want to start ASAP!!! How many days a week do you all work out?? how many hours???? Good workouts??

Had an awesome workout in Saitama, Japan!!! Now just drinking water and C.C. Lemon. Delicious!!

I have not been able to workout at all really, we are so busy with camps!!! I have probably been eating more than I should be but I want to try everything!!! Except for horse, which some of my team members tried tonight… It smelt good but I don’t think I could ever eat it!! Haha. But yes, I have lost muscle sadly I think and I have gained a little weight :p icky… But I kinda don’t care, I feel good and happy and healthy!! Yes I would love to have an amazing beach body and I want to get some tone back to my muscles but I can only do so much with the time given to me! I love my body and wouldn’t want it any other way!! I just need to watch my portions and I will be great!! Hope all is well for everyone else! Going to be heading to bed soon!!! Night!! :)

Has anyone ever gone to a nutritionist or to their local clinic to take a metabolic test and if you did, did you think it was worth it??

Awesome workout! Went for a 20 min jog and walked a lot of hills so I was out for like 32min then did abs and squats and now stretches! And drinking my whey powder! :)

One thing I need to invest in is a heart monitor watch. I think that would really help so I can see how hard I am really working my individual body. 

Does anyone know what brands of heart monitor watches are the best??

The hardest thing with the process of losing weight is being happy with the body you have now. Each day you are making it better, try and love it too along the way because it will make getting to the finish line easier if you can see the good traits with your body. Good luck! You can do it! :)

Ok, So I am trying to become a healthier and fitter me but I cant seem to get rid of the my love handles on my hips… Besides that and wanting my abs to pop out more I am happy with where my body is. But if you could give me some advice on how to help me get further and really eliminate my body fat that would be GREAT!! :) 

Ok, so with the new year I am guessing you have a New Years resolution to get fit!? Same here! :) I have tried sticking with different workouts, different “diets”, 30 day this, bla bla bla, but I can never stay on track. So I am starting a “Day to Day Goal” to list what my goals are for the day. Whether you make it fitness related or not I know that I will benefit from it a ton because I am a planner! 

So all you have to do is type the date and the goals you want to complete today and complete them by Midnight! :) Good luck!! :)
