I just wish I could have toned up a little better!!! I have about a month so I am gonna try!! Maybe working out twice a day somedays if I dont have homework :p what do you all suggest???? He has been working out a lot and I want to look good too!! :p
Any good suggestions?? I need to keep up with my strength training but it’s not like I can run to a gym in Japan… I won’t know where to go :p good trip workouts any of you have found???
My knee keeps bothering so i have been doing low impact things and doing about 80-100 abs with a 25 lb weight!!
