Ok, so with the new year I am guessing you have a New Years resolution to get fit!? Same here! :) I have tried sticking with different workouts, different “diets”, 30 day this, bla bla bla, but I can never stay on track. So I am starting a “Day to Day Goal” to list what my goals are for the day. Whether you make it fitness related or not I know that I will benefit from it a ton because I am a planner!
So all you have to do is type the date and the goals you want to complete today and complete them by Midnight! :) Good luck!! :)
