I am 155lbs (which was such a relief… I think my scale is off because it was saying that I was closer to 160lbs but that could just be fluctuation of water weight).
She said that she thinks that I am at a very healthy weight. I have had the hardest time getting rid of weight that I am consistently around 150-155 lbs. The lightest I have been was about 130 and that was with barely eating anything and exercising almost every day which was NOT healthy at all…
Do you guys have trouble loosing like 5-10lbs at all?
