Accomplished a lot today!!
This morning I did my workouts and then went to the beach, which was amazing!!! (I am a little red but it shall turn into a tan soon) Then I went for a 5 mile walk in the woods, it was sooo hot out today it took us 2 hrs. We were sweating like none other!! lol Any who, then came back, ate a little dinner (Veggie bean burger= delicious!) and watched 30 rock! :) Good day… I think yes!! :)

I also ate two chewy chips ahoy cookies…
